Day 1
Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Dehradun to Sankri, covering approximately 220 km over 10 hours. En route, you’ll pass through lush valleys, quaint villages, and breathtaking mountain views. Upon arrival, settle in at a comfortable guesthouse for the night, preparing for the trek ahead.
Day 2
Trek from Sankri to Seema via Taluka. The day starts with a short drive to Taluka, followed by a 12 km trek through dense forests, charming villages, and along the Supin River. Enjoy the serenity and end the day with an overnight stay at Seema.
Day 3
From Seema, continue your trek to Rainbasera, covering 10 km in approximately 6-7 hours. This section of the trail features lush meadows and rocky paths, leading to a peaceful campsite at Rainbasera.
Day 4
Trek from Rainbasera to Ruinsara Tal, a 7 km journey that takes about 4-5 hours. Along the way, you’ll pass by the Supin River, enjoying the stunning alpine scenery and a tranquil evening at the lakeside.
Day 5
Today’s trek is from Ruinsara Tal to Kyarkoti, the base camp for the Black Peak expedition. This 7 km trek, taking approximately 5-6 hours, presents a gradual ascent with challenging rocky patches, rewarding you with incredible panoramic views.
Day 6
Establish your Advanced Base Camp (ABC) today by trekking 5 km through steep and rocky terrain. The journey may take up to 5 hours, preparing you for the upcoming summit attempt.
