Day 1: Arrival and Acclimatization in Leh
Land at Leh airport and transfer to your hotel (transfer not included in cost). Check-in at 10:00 AM. Attend a mandatory orientation and briefing at 12:00 noon. Spend the day resting to acclimatize. Avoid high-altitude visits. No alcohol or smoking. Stay in a centrally heated room with an attached bathroom and hot water.
Day 2: Acclimatization and Sightseeing in Leh
Continue acclimatizing. Enjoy an included sightseeing tour of Hall of Fame, Shey Monastery, and Thiksey Monastery (3-4 hours). Avoid high-altitude visits. No alcohol or smoking. Overnight in the same hotel.
Day 3: Medical Test Day in Leh
Early morning medical tests at the Government Medical camp (height, weight, blood pressure, oxygen level). Complete insurance formalities in the afternoon. Enjoy the evening in Leh. Overnight in the same hotel.
Day 4: Leh to Tsomo Paldar
Drive 75 km (3-4 hours) to Shingra Koma (3,150 m), passing Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the Zanskar-Indus confluence. Trek 3 km (1-2 hours) to Tsomo Paldar. Hot lunch provided. Overnight in twin-sharing tents.
Day 5: Tsomo Paldar to Tibb Cave
Trek 14 km (6-7 hours) along the frozen Zanskar River. Pass never-freezing waterfalls. Hot lunch en route. Visit a small resting cave for porters. Overnight in twin-sharing tents.
Day 6: Tibb Cave to Nerak
Trek 13 km (6-7 hours) to Nerak, featuring the iconic frozen waterfall. Hot lunch provided. Possible visit to Nerak village if time allows. Overnight in tents at the coldest campsite of the trek.
Day 7: Nerak to Tibb Cave
Return trek of 13 km (5-6 hours) to Tibb Cave. Experience changing ice conditions on the Zanskar River. Hot lunch en route. Overnight in tents.
Day 8: Tibb Cave to Leh
Trek 17 km (5-6 hours) to Shingra Koma. Drive 70 km (3-4 hours) back to Leh. Hot lunch provided. Arrive in Leh by evening. Overnight in a centrally heated hotel room with running hot water.

- Gumboots are mandatory for walking on ice.
- Carry two 1-liter thermos flasks for warm water.
